Process

Production flow from order intake to product completion.

1. File Reception

Send DXF or DWG files in 2D. (True-to-scale drawing 1:1)

Remember that outside contours must be closed.

Specify the material, thickness, and quantity of parts.
Please let us know who will supply the material: the client or Metal-Láser.

And also provide maximum detailing, including drill holes, marking point, or dimensional tolerances of cut contours, etc.

2. CAD Design Verification

Generate CNC program for parts based on the chosen precision level.

We use Nesting to maximize optimization of each sheet, drastically reducing material waste and consequently production costs.

3. Fabrication

Load material into the machine and cut.

Dry the cut parts before delivery.
